2. Description of Service
Metriqual provides AI cost monitoring and analytics services, including real-time tracking, alerts, and analytics for AI API usage across various providers like OpenAI, Anthropic, and others.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use our services to violate any laws, infringe on rights of others, or engage in harmful activities.
5. Data and Privacy

6. Payment Terms
Paid services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change our fees with 30 days notice.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to our services will cease, and we may delete your account and data after a reasonable period.
We may terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our service. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
