Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for MetriQual's services, including subscription plans, prepaid credits, and usage-based (metered) compute charges.

1. Cancelling a subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard (Settings → Subscription) or by emailing support@metriqual.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access to paid features until then, and you will not be charged for the next cycle.

2. Subscription refunds

Subscription fees are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable for the current billing period, except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error or experienced a service failure, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review your case in good faith.

3. Prepaid credits

Prepaid credits used to pay for hosted agents and other usage-based features are consumed as you use the service. Credits already consumed are non-refundable. Unused credit balances may be refunded at our discretion on written request within 30 days of purchase, less any amount already consumed and any applicable transaction fees.

4. Usage-based (metered) charges

Charges for compute and other metered resources reflect actual usage and are non-refundable once incurred. To avoid unexpected charges, you can set spend limits and stop or delete deployments at any time from your dashboard.

5. How to request a refund

Email support@metriqual.com with your account email and the relevant order/payment ID. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days; your bank or card issuer may take additional time to reflect it.
